We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Yes, our handcrafted ceramic mugs are designed for daily use and are completely safe for both the dishwasher and the microwave.
How does my purchase provide clean water?
Every product purchased provides one week of clean water to someone in need through our partner, WaterLink, supporting projects in the Central African Republic.
Can I track my shipment?
